WITH BE Frequency adverbs come after the verb "be".
Jackie is always late for class.

WITH OTHER VERBS
With other verbs, most frequency adverbs come before the main verb.

SOMETIMES AND USUALLY
Sometimes and usually can also come at the beginning or the end of a sentence.

WITH NOT
