EXPLAIN A PROBLEM AND HOW TO FIX IT

 Many places in the world have a problem with plastic. People throw plastic bags and bottles on the ground or into rivers. This makes cities dirty and oceans full of plastic. Animals can eat the plastic and get sick. We can talk about the problem and explain how to fix it. We use "there is a problem with…" and "we can…" to share ideas.
